Rich Bell, CIC
President
As President of PDAIS, Rich oversees and manages the day-to-day agency operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Insurance from Penn State University and holds the CIC designation. His favorite part of his job is working with his customers to find the absolute best solution for their insurance needs.
Rich is a huge sports fan and is married with one daughter.
