PDA Member Group Business Overhead Expense

Disability income insurance can help you protect your personal finances when you can’t work. But if you own a business, you should also have business overhead expense (BOE) insurance – to help keep your business up and running until you can return. Depending on your age, you can apply for monthly coverage of up to $20,000 at competitive group rates to help pay for:

  • Office rent
  • Employee salaries and benefits
  • Utility bills, including heat, phone and internet
  • Premiums for business and malpractice insurance

You can apply for the BOE program if you are a PDA member, in full-time practice and under age 60. All applications are subject to Company acceptance.

Coverage is subject to underwriting approval by the insurer.
